速水もこみちです M sTABLEへようこそ 簡単なものから手の込んだものまで様々なジャンルのレシピをご紹介します 他にも いろんな動画も配信していきますので ぜひ楽しんでください チャンネル登録はこちら Instagram インスタグラム Twitter ツイッター 公式キッチンブランドサイト 問合せ先 コラボ タイアップ その他のご相談はこちらに mstable contact gmail com 字幕 設定ボタンの字幕から変更できます 材料 分量 プチパンケーキ 約３０枚分 A ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー卵 １個牛乳 ２００ml溶かしバター ２０ｇB ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー薄力粉 １８０ｇベーキングパウダー 小さじ１砂糖 ２０ｇ溶かしバター 適量 キャラメルソース 砂糖 １００g水 ３０ml生クリーム １００ml デコレーション お好みでブルーベリー いちご 輪切り ラズベリーなど 各適量粉砂糖 適量エディブルフラワー 適量 調理工程 ①ボウルにAを加えなめらかになるまで混ぜたら ビニール袋にBを合わせて空気を入れてふったものを加え 粉気がなくなるまで混ぜ合わせる ②フライパンに薄く溶かしバターをひき ①の生地を直径３cm程度の大きさに薄く流し 両面焼く ④小鍋に砂糖 水を入れてかき回さずに鍋をゆっくり回しながらあめ色になるまで加熱し 火を止めて生クリームを混ぜる ⑤焼き上がりのパンケーキを盛り付け お好みのフルーツをデコレーションし キャラメルソースをかけ 粉砂糖をふり エディブルフラワーを飾る お好みで 生クリームやフルーツソースなど添えてもOK スイーツ パンケーキ オシャレ
