絲瓜煎餅材料小玉絲瓜 500公克 loofah 500g薑末 20公克 ginger 20g蛋液 6顆 egg 6鹽 1 2茶匙 salt 1 2tsp 白胡椒粉 1 2茶匙 white pepper powder 1 2tsp 作法1 絲瓜刮去表免薄皮 切片狀 2 熱鍋 倒入1大匙油 放入薑末炒香 3 放入絲瓜炒勻 4 加鹽 白胡椒粉炒至絲瓜略透明 5 倒入蛋液略拌勻 煎至凝固且金黃色 6 翻面再煎至金黃色即可 蛤蜊絲瓜麵線材料澎湖絲瓜 400公克 loofah 400g蛤蜊 350公克 clam 350g麵線 1把 vermicelli 1蔥粒 20公克 scallion 20g薑絲 15公克 ginger 15g水 600ml water 600ml米酒 1大匙 cooking rice wine 1tbsp 鹽 1 2茶匙 salt 1 2tsp 白胡椒粉 1 4茶匙 white pepper powder 1 4tsp 作法1 澎湖絲瓜去皮 切塊 2 熱鍋 倒入1大匙油 放入蔥粒 薑絲爆香 再放入絲瓜炒勻 3 放入水 鹽 白胡椒粉煮滾 4 放入麵線煮軟 待再度滾沸放入蛤蜊 米酒 蓋上鍋蓋燜煮 5 至蛤蜊開口即可 絲瓜冷拌麵材料絲瓜絲 400公克 loofah 400g蛋絲 1顆 egg 1火腿絲 40公克 ham 40g和風醬油 適量 bonito sauce 作法1 絲瓜刮去表面粗皮 保留翠綠色部分 2 絲瓜去頭尾 從中間橫切對半 再縱切對半 去籽囊後切半 3 再切成麵條狀 4 煮一鍋水 水滾後放入絲瓜絲400公克燙20秒 5 起鍋 放入冰水中冰鎮冷卻 6 放入盤中 加入蛋絲 火腿絲 再淋上和風醬油 撒上熟白芝麻即可 絲瓜燒蝦仁材料澎湖絲瓜 700公克 loofah 700g蝦仁 200公克 peeled shrimp 200g辣椒片 15公克 chili 15g蔥段 20公克 scallion 20g薑片 15公克 ginger 15g鹽 1 2茶匙 salt 1 2tsp 米酒 2大匙 cooking rice wine 2tbsp 水 2大匙 water 2tbsp 作法1 澎湖絲瓜去皮後切塊 2 熱鍋 倒入1大匙油 放入辣椒片 薑片 蔥段炒香 3 放入蝦仁炒至變色 4 再放入絲瓜 米酒翻炒均勻 5 加入鹽炒勻 再加水燒至瓜變軟且略收汁即可 楊桃美食網天天買菜 天菜網YoutubeFacebook
