速水もこみち流 049 たけのこご飯 日本語字幕ついてます English subtitles will come later 材料 分量 米 2合だし汁 400ml生姜 1片たけのこ 茹で 1 2本 180g程度 A ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー鶏ひき肉 160g薄口醤油 大さじ2酒 大さじ2みりん 大さじ1ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー青ネギ 小口切り 2本分 調理工程 ①米はといで 分量のだし汁と共に土鍋に入れる ②生姜はせん切りにして水にさらした後水気を切り ボウルに入れて Ａを混ぜ ①に広げるようにして乗せる ③たけのこは大きめの短冊切りにし ②の上に一面に乗せる ④蓋をして強火にかけ 沸騰後弱火にして１０分炊き 火を止めて１０分蒸らす ⑤炊き上がりに青ネギを散らす ポイント 薄口醤油を使って ご飯に濃い醤油の色がつかないようにしている ひき肉でうま味をプラスしている ひき肉を使うことにより鶏肉を細かく切る手間を省いている 木の芽を乗せてもよい ーーーーーーーーーーー Instagram Twitter 公式キッチンブランドサイト 速水もこみち 問合せ先 mstable contact gmail com
