姆士流【檸檬雞翅】

 

姆士流 檸檬雞翅 Tips材料 雞翅11隻 雪碧1 2罐 辣椒1根 香菜1株 檸檬半顆 蒜末1大匙 白胡椒適量 鹽適量1 雞中翅雞皮面朝上 放入鍋中後再開大火乾煎 等鍋子熱度夠了 再轉中小火2 蒜頭切成蒜末 辣椒輪切 香菜切段 備用3 雞翅底部煎至金黃色後 翻面煎至五分熟4 關小火 倒入汽水蓋鍋蓋燜煮2分鐘 檸檬對切 備用5 開鍋後 火調至最大 以大火慢滾的方式 讓雞翅湯汁吸收6 湯汁冒泡泡後 撒鹽 胡椒調味7 收汁後 加入蒜末 辣椒 香菜拌炒8 盛盤 灑上檸檬汁 完成
