こんにちはLes sens cielです ベルギーはだいぶ涼しく 寒く なって来てしまって ちょっと出遅れた感はありますが日本はまだまだ暑い日が続いているかなと思いアイスケーキを作って見ました 今回作ったのはイタリアの セミフレット という冷たいデザートです フルーツのピューレの甘さが爽やかでクリーミーで ちょっとシャリッとして見た目も華やかです メレンゲさえ作ってしまえば あとは混ぜるだけの簡単で美味しいので厳しい残暑を乗り越えるお供にぜひいかがでしょうか 今回動画内でたくさん作りすぎてしまったので 記載されているレシピは半分くらいの量に調整したものです 動画とちょっと量違うよ 間違えているよー とびっくりされるかもしれませんが 安心してください 笑 Glace aux Fruits Rouges260g heavy cream35 crème fouettée35 40g strawberry puree purée de fraise65g sugar sucre52g egg white blancs d oeufs260g strawberry puree purée de fraisefrozen mixed berrys ミックスベリーのアイス 生クリーム35 260g 苺のピューレ 40g グラニュー糖 65g 卵白 52g 苺ピューレ 260g 冷凍ミックスベリー お好きなだけ 動画の分量 多め 生クリーム35 400g苺のピューレ 60gグラニュー糖 100g卵白 80g苺ピューレ 400g冷凍ミックスベリー お好きなだけインスタグラムよかったらフォローよろしくお願いします youtubeには投稿しない様な日常的なことも投稿しています
