クレームダンジュ creme d Angers Japanese style 回るお寿司屋さんで美味しいと評判のデザートを作ってみました 濃厚なようでいて ふわふわっとお口の中で溶けてしまうんです どうーします キウイの代わりにブルーベリーや果物のジャムでもok甘酸っぱいものが合います 作ってみてね チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 100g Cream cheese200g strained yogurt 400g yogurt will be about 200g after strained for a night 140g Heavy Whipping cream 1 Egg white 40g 30g granulated sugar2 kiwis10g granulated sugar gauzeKitchen paper 材料 クリームチーズ 100g水切りヨーグルト 200g 400gのヨーグルトを一晩水切りして約200gになったもの 生クリーム 140g卵白 1個 40g グラニュー糖 30gキウイ２個グラニュー糖 10gガーゼキッチンペーパー フロマージュブランの代わりにクリームチーズと水切りヨーグルトで作りました
