オーブン無し オレオと苺の生チョコミニタルト NO BAKE Mini Strawberry TartsThis is perfect for gifts of Valentine s Day or gifts for your friends They are fun and cute オーブンが無くてもバレンタインに何か作りたいっって方のために昨年の生チョコミニタルトを苺バージョンで作ってみました タルト台にしたオレオもよりやりやすいように牛乳で 少しだけ量も増やしてなじみやすくしました 前日作って野菜室に保存しちゃってokです 甘いけどとっても美味しいです Happy Valentine チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 6 servings paper cup 3 4oz Tart Crust6 pieces Oreo cookies 12g milk Filling120g Strawberry Chocolate 40g Heavy Whipping cream ①Mix the crushed Oreo with the milk thoroughly ② Press it into the paper cup ③Cool it in the fridge ④Make ganache and trans fer to a pastry bag ⑤ Pipe onto the paper cup Ganache Add the heated heavy cream to the chopped chocolate Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and it s smooth and creamy If it doesn t melt enough put the mixture in a bowl over hot water to melt Chill that in the cold water It gets a little harder and will be easier to pipe out 材料 ミニ生チョコタルト6個 紙コップは100mlサイズ タルト台オレオ 6枚牛乳 12g フィリング 苺ガナッシュ 苺チョコ 120g生クリーム 40g 作り方 準備 紙コップの上部をカットして切り込みを8箇所入れておく ①オレオは細かく砕いて牛乳とよく混ぜる ②ぎゅっと押し込むように紙コップの底に入れる ③冷蔵庫で冷やす ④ガナッシュを作り 絞り袋に入れる ⑤紙コップの中に絞れば出来上がり ガナッシュ 沸騰直前まで温めた生クリームを刻んだチョコの上からかけて少しそのまま置く ゆっくりとかき混ぜてチョコを溶かす 溶け切らないときは湯煎にかけて溶かす 冷たい水でボウルごと冷やして 絞りやすい固さにする これを絞り袋にいれる 時間が経って固くなったガナッシュは再度湯煎などでさっと温めるとまた柔らかくなり 使いやすい固さになります 保存は野菜室で 紙コップは セリア 100mlサイズを使用しています 紙コップの底から3 5cmのところでハサミで切り込みを入れています ワックスペーパーを8cm 7 5cmにカットしたものを紙コップの中に敷くと食べる時に取り出しやすくなりますが 無くても大丈夫です ラッピング ワックスペーパー ダイソー 紙コップ セリア カールリボン ダイソー
