みょうがのせん切りと輪切りの切り方

 

さわやかな香りと歯ざわりのよいみょうがは和の薬味として欠かせないもの そのみょうがの切り方も2種類あるで詳しく紹介します 2種類の切り方は 具体的には繊維にそって縦に切る せん切り と 繊維を断つように切る 小口切り 輪切り 料理に合わせて使い分けると 料理の幅も広がるので そのことも合わせてまとめています 切り方の詳細は白ごはん comでも紹介中 それぞれの切り方を使い分けたおつまみ的なおかずレシピも 白ごはん comではおうちで作りやすい和食レシピが満載です
