Welcome back to MosoGourmet s annual Summer Watermelon Series This time we tried to make Gunkan Maki battleship roll sushi using tuna cucumbers and sesame The salted sea urchin eggs the shrimps and the eggs are food mockups Recipe 14 pieces1 Remove seeds and the inner flesh from one cucumber 2 Remove any moisture from 1 3 Stuff the inside of 2 with thinly sliced tuna about 60g 4 Mix your rice 150g of raw rice which should be 340g boiled rice which should be slightly harder than normally with vinegar 5 Knead Use around 20g for one piece 6 Slice 3 7 Wrap Nori seaweed 3 15 centimeters around 5 and top it with 6 8 Decorate it with black sesame so it looks like watermelon seeds 9 Done Enjoy with soy sauce It s delicious 妄想グルメ恒例 夏のスイカシリーズ 今回はマグロ きゅうり 胡麻で軍艦巻きにしてみました 雲丹 海老 玉子は食品サンプルです レシピ 14個 １ きゅうり 1本は種と身を削り取る ２ １の水気を拭き取る ３ ２のミゾにマグロのすき身 60g程度 を詰める ４ かために炊いた米 1合 150gの生米を炊飯 340gのご飯 を酢飯にする ５ 握る 1個あたり20g ６ ３を切る ７ 海苔 3 15センチ を５に巻き ６をのせる ８ スイカの種に見立てた黒ごまを飾る ９ できた お醤油をつけていただく ようはかっぱ巻きにマグロと胡麻 美味しくないわけがないのだ watermelon tuna sushi japanesefood マグロ スイカ 寿司 軍艦巻き asmr 音フェチ satisfying
