今日は 550gの 良い鮑が有ったので 七時間の酒蒸しにしました! 塩を振り掛け タワシ(食材用)で 良く汚れを落としたら塩を抜き 器に入れて たっぷりのお酒を注ぎ入れて強火で七時間蒸します お味や食感は・・・・とにかく 美味しく頂きました!!!!
