FOLLOW ME HERE HELPFUL LINKS About The Scran LineOh hey there My name is Nick I m a pastry chef and graphic designer Combine these two passions together and you get The Scran Line Join me on my baking adventures twice a week I post every Tuesday and Friday BUBBLEPOP ELECTRIC CAKEServes 30Recipe can be halved and quartered850g all purpose flour530g caster superfine sugar1 tsp salt 2 tbsp baking powder750 ml of milk250ml vegetable oil250g unsalted butter softened4 tbsp Greek yogurt can substitute with sour cream 2 tsp vanilla extract4 large eggs 4 drops deep pink Americolor food gel2 tsp strawberry essence2 tsp bubblegum essencePink sprinkles I used 4 different sizes or pink round sprinkles But you can achieve the same gradient sprinkle effect with just one type of pink sprinkles 0 Gelatine Bubbles x20 small balloons28g powdered gelatin1 or 2 drops Americolour Deep Pink gel colour8 tablespoons cold waterFrosting2 batches Swiss meringue buttercream frosting 4 drops sky blue Americolor food gel2 tsp strawberry essence2 tsp bubblegum essence
