새우크림치즈퐁듀 : Shrimp Cream Cheese “Fondue” | Honeykki 꿀키

 

오늘의 메뉴는 치즈새우퐁듀입니다 사실 저는 이 메뉴를 SNS사진보고 만들었기 때문에이 레시피가 파는 메뉴와 맛이 똑같다고 장담할 순 없지만맛있는 재료만 들어가서 맛이 없을 수 없는 메뉴였어요 치즈 치즈 존맛저는 타코야키 팬을 사용했지만 없다면 그냥 일반적인 팬에 만들어도 상관없을 것 같아요 Today s menu is shrimp cream cheese fondue It s not the real fondue but it seems pretty close Hence the name Fondue It s one of the most popular menus among Korean pubs I was inspired by pictures on social media and I haven t tasted it yet But I can only imagine it has to be good because it has all the good things Cheese cheese amazeballs I used a takoyaki pan but you can use any kind of pan 재료 Ingredients serves 2 3 새우 먹고싶은 만큼 다진마늘 1작은술 크러쉬드 레드페퍼 소금과 후추 파슬리크림치즈 1통 200g 우유 100ml 모짜렐라치즈 100g 나쵸 또는 빵 Shrimp 1tsp chopped garlic salt pepper to taste parsley crushed red pepper200g cream cheese 100ml milk 100g mozzarella nachos or bread Recipe1 팬에 버터 또는 오일을 넣고 소금 후추 다진마늘 새우 크러쉬드 레드페퍼를 넣고 볶아줍니다 1 Coat pan with butter or oil then add and fry chopped garlic shrimp salt pepper parsley and crushed red pepper 2 그릇에 크림치즈 우유 모짜렐라를 넣고 전자레인지에 넣어 녹여줍니다 2 In a microwave safe bowl add cream cheese milk and mozzarella and microwave until melted 3 타코야키 팬에 크림치즈 혼합물을 붓고 새우를 하나씩 올려준 후 다시 모짜렐라를 뿌려줍니다 3 Pour the cream cheese mixture into the takoyaki pan and put in each shrimp into each hole Sprinkle the mozzarella 4 버너 위에 타코야키 팬을 올리고 치즈가 녹기 시작하면 빵이나 나쵸와 함께 드세요 4 Heat the pan over gas burner and enjoy with bread or nachos when cheese starts bubbling Music Deck the halls 음원제공 유투브 Kevin MacLeod의 Deck the Halls은 는 Creative Commons Attribution 꿀키의 맛있는 테이블TWITTER honeykkicookINSTAGRAM honey_kkiE MAIL andrabbit naver com이 영상의 다운로드 및 2차 편집을 금지합니다
