다크 화이트 초콜릿 가나슈로 지브라 모양의 노오븐 초콜릿 타르트를 만들었어요 구독하고 좋아요 누르고 공유 부탁드려요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 다크 화이트 초콜릿 가나슈로 지브라 모양의 노오븐 초콜릿 타르트를 만들었어요 위에서 보면 한 송이의 장미꽃 같고 자른 단면은 정말 얼룩말 같이 자연스럽게 나오네요 초콜릿 가나슈 타르트는 많이 달기 때문에 정말 달달한게 먹고 싶은 날 먹기 좋은 디저트 인 것 같아요 바삭하고 고소한 다이제 쿠키와 쫀득한 가나슈가 잘 어울려 많이 달긴 하지만 정말 맛있었어요 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 틀 사이즈 20cm 재료부순 다이제 쿠키 200g녹인 버터 80g다크 초콜릿 130g생크림 65g버터 10g물엿 5g화이트 초콜릿 150g생크림 50g버터 5g물엿 5g 레시피1 부순 다이제 쿠키와 녹인 버터를 섞은 뒤 타르트 틀에 넣고 꾹꾹 눌러가며 모양을 잡는다 2 다크 초콜릿에 생크림을 넣고 전자레인지에 1분 정도 돌려 녹인 후 버터와 물엿을 넣고 섞는다 3 같은 방법으로 화이트 초콜릿 가나슈도 만들어 준비한다 4 1 위에 번갈아가며 가나슈를 붓고 냉장실에서 1 2시간 굳힌다 Ingredients 200g Crushed Digestive cookie80g Melted butter 130g Dark chocolate 65g whipping cream 10g Butter 5g Corn syrup150g White chocolate 50g whipping cream 5g Butter 5g Corn syrup 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching
