秋だもん どんぐりころころチョコケーキ Almond Acorn Chocolate cake秋ですねぇ 日が落ちるのが早くなりました 読書の秋 学習に最適な過ごしやすい秋 そして何を食べても美味しく感じる秋 じぃ ん ってことで どんぐりを乗せたチョコケーキを作ってみました ケーキはアーモンドプードル入れたので しっとりほろほろ どんぐりに見立てたアーモンドもとっても可愛くて 美味しいです チョコケーキ好きさん 良かったら作ってみてください チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 15cm square Cake Pan 100g Sweet chocolate 30g Unsalted butter 30g cane sugar granulated sugar 50g Heavy Cream 60g Whole egg room temperature 50g Cake flour 30g Almond flour 2g Baking powder Almond Acorn Almond Sweet chocolate Directions ①Beat the eggs well Chop chocolate and put it in a bowl then double boil and melt ②When the chocolate is melted add butter sugar heavy Cream and eggwash in order then mix well ③Shift and add cake flour almond flour and baking powder then mix well ④Pour ③ into the pan lined with baking paper ⑤Bake it in the preheated oven 170 C for about 18 mins ⑥put Almond Acorn on top 材料 15cm 角型スイートチョコレート 100g無塩バター 30gきび砂糖 30g 無ければグラニュー糖でもokきび砂糖の方がコクがでます 生クリーム かるく温める 50g全卵 60g 室温 薄力粉 50gアーモンドプードル 30gベーキングパダー 2gどんぐり アーモンドチョコレート 作り方 ①卵はよく溶いておく チョコは刻んでボウルに入れ 湯煎にかけて溶かす ②チョコが溶けたら バター 砂糖 生クリーム 溶き卵の順に加えて よく混ぜる ③薄力粉 アーモンドプードル ベーキングパウダーをふるって加えて よく混ぜる ④ベーキングペーパーを敷いた型に③を流し入れる ⑤170 に温めたオーブンで約18分ほど焼く 竹串を刺してみて何もつかなくなれば焼き上がりですが あまり焼き過ぎない方が美味しい ⑥どんぐりを乗せて出来上がり
