027 SOBA 柚子と鴨ねぎのそば 材料 分量 2名分鴨もも肉 1 2枚塩 こしょう 各少々長ねぎ １本サラダ油 小さじ1A ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー醤油 小さじ1 酒 小さじ1みりん 小さじ1柚子 輪切り 10枚水菜 葉先 適量大根おろし 水気を切る 適量そば 生 ２玉B ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーだし汁 660ml醤油 60ml みりん 60ml 調理工程 ① 鴨肉は 包丁の先でさしてから 一口大に切って軽く塩 こしょうし 長ねぎは4 5cm程度に切る ② フライパンにサラダ油を軽く熱して①を入れて 両面こんがりと焼いて長ねぎを取り出してから 鴨肉にAを絡めて取り出す ③ 鍋にたっぷりの熱湯を沸かし 表示の時間に従ってそばを茹でてザルに上げ 水気を切ってから丼に入れる ④ Bを合わせてひと煮たちさせ ③のそばのはいった丼に入れ 輪切りにした柚子を並べ 焼いた鴨とねぎを乗せ 水菜 大根おろしを彩りよく添える ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Instagram Twitter 公式キッチンブランドサイト MsTABLE by 速水もこみち プレミア公開 問合せ先 mstable contact gmail com
