ビールのお供に♪枝豆チーズせんべい

 

今日は 世界ビールデー ということでオススメのおつまみを紹介しますね 中火で熱した卵焼き器にチーズを敷いてしらすと茹でた枝豆をババーッとかけたら弱火で5分くらい待つだけで激ウマおつまみができます カリカリになったチーズがたまらない 味が濃いめなのでビールと最高にマッチします ぜひ作ってみてくださいね えだまめチーズせんべい2人分材料 えだまめ ゆでてさやから出し 薄皮をむく 100gピザ用チーズ 100gしらす 15g粗挽きコショウ 少々作り方1 枝豆はさやから身を取り出す 2 卵焼き器を中火に熱し とろけるチーズをまんべんなく広げる 3 チーズが溶けてきたら えだまめを敷き詰め 弱火で5分ほど焼く 4 裏面がパリッと焼けたら取り出し ひと口大に切り分け 粗挽きコショウを振ったら 完成
