《ウツボ(きだこ）の捌きと 刺身、煮物、唐揚げ・・・・【5】》・・・・大和の 和の料理《唐揚げ》

 

今日は ウツボの唐揚げです 骨の無い部分を ブツ切りにして 塩を振り 小麦粉をまぶして揚げますウツボが揚がったら 付け合わせのシシトウもさっと揚げ 盛り付けたら塩と七味唐辛子を用意して 頂きます カリッとしてプチュッとしてホコホコで何とも例えようのない美味しさです 一人で三皿はペロリといけますよ
