こんにちはLes sens cielです 4月になるとヨーロッパは 復活祭 Easter イースター のディスプレイで一色になります 卵やうさぎ ニワトリをモチーフにしたチョコレートや 色とりどりの花の飾りでお菓子屋さんも一気に華やかになり 特に冬は夜も長く寒くて暗いのでイースターの季節になると心もパッと明るくしてくれます 今回はそんなイースターをイメージして可愛いうさぎのケーキを作って見ました 冷凍庫の中のお掃除もかねて 以前作って余っていた材料も使ったので 動画内では手順を省略してしまっている物もありますが 手順が気になる方は下のリンクから見ていただけたらなと思います 以前作って冷凍庫に材料が眠っているという方はぜひ試していただけたらなと思います 比較的簡単で美味しく作れると思います Berry jelly Mold size Φ5cm85g strawberry puree purée de fraise20g raspberry puree purée de framboise12g powdered sugar sucre glace2g gelatin gélatine en poudre10g cold water eau froide White chocolate mousse Mold size Φ6cm65g milk lait entier2g gelatin gélatine en poudre10g cold water eau froide85g white chocolate chocolat blanc85g heavy cream35 crème fouetée35 Crumble Glacage blanc ベリーのジュレ型 Φ5cm苺のピューレ 85gフランボワーズピューレ 20g または苺ピューレ20g足して下さい 粉糖 12g粉ゼラチン 2g冷水 10g ホワイトチョコムース型 Φ6cm牛乳 65g粉ゼラチン 2g冷水 10g ホワイトチョコレート 85g生クリーム35 85g 動画で少し余ってしまったので分量は調節した量を書いています クランブルの動画 グラッサージュの動画型 シリコマートハーフボール8ヶ取りSF004型 シリコマートハーフボール6ヶ取りSF003インスタグラムよかったらフォローよろしくお願いします
