嗨!大家好,我是 Cassandre,今天的『食不相瞞』我們要來煮一杯香濃滑順、如絲絨般質感的法式熱巧克力 (Le Chocolat Chaud, French Hot Chocolate),以迎接歡欣愉悅的聖誕節與寒冷的冬天。
大家请注意 不好意思 涂抹蛋液里是加盐不是糖 视频里写了糖 要更改成盐才对 Ingredients 材料 A Mooncake Pastry 300g plain flour 普通面粉 75g peanut oil 花生油 1 2 tbsp alkaline water 碱水 B Filling Lotus Seed Paste Single Yolk Mooncakes 广式月饼 传统蛋黃莲蓉月饼Mixed Nuts Mooncakes 伍仁月饼Piggy Mooncakes 猪仔饼 公仔饼 1 egg 1 egg yolk and 1 8 tsp of salt beaten lightly for glazing 1粒全蛋 1粒蛋黄加入1 8茶匙盐 轻轻拌打均匀 涂面Steps1 Mooncake pastry Mix ingredients A till well combined Set aside for 2hours Divide dough into 35g each 2 Filling Divide lotus seed paste or red bean paste into 40g each 3 Wrap red bean paste with dough Roll into balls 4 Use black soybean for eyes pastry for mouth ears and wings 5 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes Remove and leave about 30 minutes until slightly cool Glaze with beaten egg return into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown Note Mooncake need between 2 3 days to soften and allow the oil to penetrate through the skins
