Ingredients for sponge cake 海绵蛋糕 2 large eggs grade A 鸡蛋 60g 1 4 cup caster sugar 细砂糖 60g 1 2 cup plain flour 普通面粉 1 2 lemon zest grated 1 2 粒柠檬 磨皮茸 1 tsp lemon juice 柠檬汁 2 tbsp water 水 25g 2 tbsp melted butter 溶化牛油 Glaze icing 糖霜 50g 1 3 cup icing sugar 糖粉 2 tsp lemon juice 柠檬汁
