Hydrangea Rain Drop Cake Wagashi 紫陽花のひんやり水ゼリー 和菓子の作り方

 

i made hydrangea rain drop cake of wagashi we can enjoy difference in texture of this jelly one is kanten jelly japanese hard agar jelly and soft water agar jelly this jelly good for summer or hot day ingredientshydrangea hard cube jelly0 5g japanese agar powder kanten 50ml water1tsp granulated sugarsaltsoft water jelly8g agar powder pearl agar 1tbsp water for melt pearl agar powder 225ml water1tsp granulated suagrotherbrown sugar syrup kuromitsu toasted soy bean flour kinako microwave time 600W hydrangea hard jelly1st about 90secs till boiling 2nd about 30secs till boiling water jelly1st about 3mins till boiling 2nd about 30secs till boiling 紫陽花風の水ゼリーを作ってみました 数年前 海外でも人気になった レインドロップケーキまたは水信玄餅風ゼリーのアレンジです 中の寒天ゼリーと外の水ゼリーは食感が異なるので 美味しいですよ 材料紫陽花ゼリー寒天粉 0 5g水 50ccグラニュー糖 小さじ１塩 少々食紅 紫青水ゼリーパールアガー 8g水 大さじ1 アガーを溶く用 水 225ccグラニュー糖 小さじ１他きなこ 黒蜜レンジの加熱時間は 全て沸騰するまでです 火傷に気を付けてくださいね きな粉や黒蜜を使わない場合は 水ゼリーの砂糖を大さじ１にするとちょうどいいと思います また 水ゼリーに少しだけレモンを加えても美味しいですよ 紫陽花ゼリーの塩気と水ゼリーの冷たさ そして黒蜜の甘さが楽しめるひんやりデザート 蒸し暑い季節の体力回復に ご利用いただければ幸いです decocookie jelly hydrangea
