涼拌豆干材料A豆干 300g extra firm tofu 300gB 辣豆瓣醬 2大匙 chili bean sauce 2tbsp 糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp 香油 1 2大匙 sesame oil 1 2tbsp 醬油 1茶匙 沒有醬油的畫面 soy sauce 1tsp 蒜末 15g garlic 15g蒜苗 20g garlic sprout 20g辣椒片 10g chili 10g香菜 5g coriander 5g作法1 豆干切斜片川燙 水滾馬上撈起 2 豆干放入保鮮盒中 加入材料B搖勻即可 涼拌冬粉材料A冬粉 1把 silk noodles 1B醬油 1 2大匙 soy sauce 1 2tbsp 鹽 少許 salt 糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp 烏醋 1茶匙 black rice vinegar 1tsp 香油 1大匙 sesame oil 1tbsp 辣椒醬 2茶匙 chili sauce 2tsp 蔥末 15g scallion 15g辣椒片 10g chili 10g蒜末 15g garlic 15g黃瓜絲 15g shredded cucumber火腿絲 20g shredded ham榨菜絲 15g pickled mustard tuber作法1 冬粉泡水至軟 剪段後汆燙 水再滾撈起泡冰水後瀝乾 2 將冬粉放入保鮮盒中 加入材料B搖勻即可 涼拌海帶芽材料A海帶芽 25g kelp bud 25gB醬油膏 1 5大匙 thick soy sauce 1 5tbsp 鹽 1 4茶匙 salt 1 4tsp 糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp 白醋 2茶匙 rice vinegar 2tsp 烏醋 2茶匙 black rice vinegar 2tsp 香油 1 2大匙 sesame oil 1 2tbsp 辣椒絲 10g chili 10g薑絲 15g ginger 15g蒜末 15g garlic 15g作法1 海帶芽放入沸水中 立刻關火泡至散開膨脹 撈起泡冰水並瀝乾水分 2 海帶芽放入保鮮盒中 加入材料B搖勻即可 涼拌雞絲材料A去骨雞胸肉 1副 chicken breast 1鹽 少許 salt B米酒 1茶匙 cooking rice wine 1tsp 蔥段 15g scallion 15g薑片 15g ginger 15gC醬油 1小匙 soy sauce 1tsp 鹽 1 4茶匙 salt 1 4tp 糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp 椒麻辣醬 2茶匙 hot sauce 2tsp 蒸雞湯汁 2大匙 chicken stock 2tbsp 小黃瓜絲 100g cucumber 100g蒜苗片 10g garlic sprout 10g蒜末 10g garlic 10g蔥末 10g scallion 10g辣椒末 10g chili 10g作法1 去骨雞胸肉加少許鹽抹均勻 與材料B一起放入電鍋中 外鍋加2 3杯水蒸熟 取出雞胸肉 雞湯同時保留 2 將雞胸肉絲成小條狀 放入保鮮盒中 加入材料C搖勻即可 涼拌豆皮材料A豆皮 200g beancurd sheet 200gB素蠔油 1大匙 vegetarian oyster sauce 1tbsp 醬油 1茶匙 soy sauce 1tsp 糖 1 2茶匙 sugar 1 2tsp 香油 1茶匙 sesame oil 1tsp 芹菜末 20g minced celery 香菜10g coriander 辣椒圈10g chopped chili 薑末10g minced ginger 作法1 豆皮刷少許油 放入電鍋蒸約5分鐘 刷點油才不會黏在一起 2 取出豆皮撕成小片 放入保鮮盒中 3 加入材料B搖勻就完成 楊桃美食網天天買菜 天菜網YoutubeFacebook
