100 還原蠟筆小新最愛露屁股獸屁股蛋糕 仲有超多限定玩具只會喺Premium Bandai有得訂 唔買就無啦露屁股獸5月6日就截止喇 即刻去訂啦 本集食譜 屁股蛋糕 Butt Cake中筋麵粉 180g Plain Flour泡打粉 5g Baking Powder無鹽牛油 165g Unsalted Butter糖霜 150g Icing Sugar雞蛋 165g Eggs玉米糖漿 15g Corn Syrup鹽 1g Salt牛奶 15g Milk食用色素 適量 Food Coloring砂糖 150g Sugar 水 90g Water 煉奶 100g Condensed milk 白朱古力 180g White Chocolate 魚膠片 10g Gelatin水 30g Water 1 牛油預先室溫放軟2 糖粉加入牛油 攪拌至淡黃色後加入鹽3 混合麵粉及泡打粉4 加入雞蛋拌勻5 加入玉米糖漿 麵粉及泡打粉 攪拌至沒有粉粒6 加入牛奶 攪拌至沒有粉粒7 加入食用色素拌勻8 摺出合適大小將牛油紙放入模具9 麵糊倒入模具 左右搖晃及輕敲讓麵糊更平整10 預熱焗爐 以180度焗25分鐘11 焗10分鐘後 在蛋糕中間位置輕輕開12 蛋糕放涼後蓋上保鮮紙冷凍13 魚膠片加水浸軟14 砂糖 水及煉奶煮溶後離火15 加入白朱古力及魚膠片用餘溫拌溶16 加入食用色素拌勻 待涼17 取出冷凍好的蛋糕 脫模後根據屁股形狀塑形18 確保白朱古力淋面下降至合適溫度19 白朱古力醬平均淋在蛋糕表面20 利用筷子修飾蛋糕 快速冷凍約5分鐘21 再次將白朱古力醬平均淋在蛋糕表面22 再利用筷子修飾蛋糕 冷藏至表面礙固 完成 食譜 Facebook Instagram Youtube channel 贊助 加入會員 本片關鍵字 PremiumBandaiHK 蠟筆小新 露屁股怪獸食譜 煮食 旅遊 台灣 日本
