바삭한 과자 안에 크림이 가득 차있는 티라미수 에클레어를 만들었어요 구독하고 좋아요 누르고 공유 부탁드려요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 바삭한 과자 안에 크림이 가득 차있는 티라미수 에끌레어를 만들었어요 슈 반죽에 커피가루를 넣고 안에는 크림치즈 크림을 가득 채운 뒤 위에 코코아 파우더를 듬뿍 뿌려주니 티라미수 느낌과 맛이 나더라구요 저는 바로 먹는 것보다는 냉장실이나 냉동실에 넣어 차갑게 굳혀 먹는게 더 맛있는 것 같아요 저는 869번 깍지를 사용해 도톰하게 팬닝해서 오래 구워야 바삭하게 잘 구워진답니다 커피와 함께 디저트로 즐기기 좋은 것 같아요 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 재료무염버터 25g물 30g우유 30g설탕 3g소금 조금인스턴트 커피가루 1g박력분 40g달걀 50g생크림 75g 설탕 25g차가운 크림치즈 150g 레시피1 냄비에 버터 물 우유 설탕 소금 인스턴트 커피가루를 넣고 버터가 녹을 때까지 끓인 뒤 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다 2 약불에 올려 약 1분정도 냄비 바닥에 얇은 막이 생길 때까지 볶은 뒤 불에서 내리고 유리볼에 옮겨 담는다 3 달걀을 풀고 2번에 나눠 넣고 섞고 짤주머니에 담은 뒤 틀에 팬닝하고 물을 뿌리고 150도 예열된 오븐에서 50 60분 정도 굽고 식힌다 4 생크림과 설탕 차가운 크림치즈를 휘핑해 크림을 만들고 짤주머니에 담는다 5 구운 슈 밑면에 구멍을 내고 크림을 채운 뒤 남은 크림을 위에 올려 장식하고 슈가파우더와 코코아파우더를 뿌리고 원두를 올려 장식한다 Ingredients 25g Unsalted butter 30g Water 30g Milk 3g Sugar a pinch of Salt1g Instant coffee powder 40g Cake flour 50g Egg 75g Whipping cream 25g sugar150g Cold cream cheese 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching 제 영상은 유튜브와 네이버TV에만 업로드 되고 있습니다 이 영상을 무단 도용하거나 2차 편집 및 재업로드를 금지합니다 My video is only uploaded to YouTube and Naver TV Unauthorized theft of this video or 2nd edit and reupload is prohibited
