夏スイーツ 白玉だんごのフルーツポンチの作り方 きゅうりめし もりもり 今日はきゅうりめし しらたま団子で好きな形を作ってフルーツポンチに うまくできたかな 材料だんご粉 白玉粉がおすすめ 100g絹豆腐 80g砂糖 小さじ2食用色素 適量フルーツ 好きなだけサイダー 適量 手順1 ボウルにだんご粉 絹豆腐 砂糖を入れて混ぜ合わせる 耳たぶくらいの固さになるまで調節する 2 生地を分けてそれぞれ食用色素を混ぜて必要な色の生地を作る 3 好きな形を作ってクッキングシートに乗せる 小さめのサイズの方が火が通りやすい 4 沸騰したお湯を中弱火くらいにして茹でる 5 白玉が浮いてきて1 2分したら冷水に移す 6 好きなフルーツを切って白玉を盛り付ける 7 サイダーを注ぐ 今までの きゅうりめし はここからチェックしてね
