簡単 魔法のビスケットケーキテイストメイドは食や旅をテーマにしたグローバルなビデオネットワークです facebook Instagram twitterも公開中 材料 マリービスケット 15枚 牛乳 100ml 生クリーム 200ml 砂糖 10g ラム酒 少々 いちごジャム 適量 飾り付け いちご 4個 ブルーベリー 適量 セルフィーユ 手順1 生クリームに砂糖 ラム酒を入れて角が立つまで泡立てる 2 ラップを広げ 牛乳に浸したマリービスケットにいちごジャム 1の生クリームをスプーンでのせる 15枚分繰り返し 重ねて1本の棒状にする 3 残った生クリームを周りにつけ 予め敷いていたラップでくるむ 4 冷蔵庫に入れ 4時間休ませる 5 飾り付けをし 切って盛りつけをしてできあがり
