バレンタインに!2種のサラミチョコ

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね チョコレートサラミ直径5cm 長さ20cm 1本分材料 チョコレート 刻む 100g生クリーム 60mlビスケット 4枚 25g ミックスナッツ 粗く刻む 50gココアパウダー 適量作り方 1 保存用密閉袋にビスケットを入れて めん棒などで叩いて粗く砕く 2 ボウルに刻んだチョコレート 生クリームを入れて湯煎 50 にかけ ゴムベラで混ぜながら溶かしてなめらかにする 3 なめらかな状態になったら湯煎から外して 1 ミックスナッツを加えてよく混ぜ合わせる 4 ラップを2枚重ねて広げ 3 を乗せて直径5cmの棒状にまとめてしっかりと包む 冷蔵庫で1時間以上冷やし固める 5 固まったらラップを外し 表面にココアパウダーをまぶし お好みの厚さに切ったら 完成 ルビーチョコレートサラミ直径5cm 長さ20cm 1本分材料 ルビーチョコレート 刻む 100g生クリーム 60mlミニマシュマロ 20gレーズン 10gドライクランベリー 10gピスタチオ 10g粉砂糖 適量作り方 2 ボウルに刻んだチョコレート 生クリームを入れて湯煎 50 にかけ ゴムベラで混ぜながら溶かしてなめらかにする 3 なめらかな状態になったら湯煎から外して 1 ミニマシュマロ レーズン ドライクランベリー ピスタチオを加えてよく混ぜ合わせる 4 ラップを2枚重ねて広げ 3 を乗せて直径5cmの棒状にまとめてしっかりと包む 冷蔵庫で1時間以上冷やし固める 5 固まったらラップを外し 表面に粉砂糖をまぶし お好みの厚さに切ったら 完成 CHOCOLATE SALAMI 2 WAYSChocolate SalamiMakes 1 chocolate salamiINGREDIENTS100 grams milk chocolate chopped60 milliliters heavy cream25 grams biscuits crushed50 grams mixed nuts roughly chopped Cocoa powder for rollingPREPARATION1 Fill a large bowl about ⅓ of the way with hot water Set a medium bowl in the large bowl and add the chocolate and heavy cream Stir until the chocolate is melted and completely smooth 2 Add the biscuits and mixed nuts and mix well 3 Transfer the chocolate mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and roll into a log about 20 centimeters long and 5 centimeters wide Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour 4 Roll the chocolate salami in the cocoa powder then slice and serve 5 Enjoy Ruby Chocolate SalamiMakes 1 chocolate salamiINGREDIENTS100 grams ruby chocolate chopped60 milliliters heavy cream20 grams mini marshmallows10 grams pistachios roughly chopped10 grams raisins10 grams dried cranberriesPowdered sugar for rollingPREPARATION1 Fill a large bowl about ⅓ of the way with hot water Set a medium bowl in the large bowl and add the ruby chocolate and heavy cream Stir until the chocolate is melted and completely smooth 2 Add the mini marshmallow pistachios raisins and cranberries and mix well 3 Transfer the ruby chocolate mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and roll into a log about 20 centimeters long and 5 centimeters wide Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour 4 Roll the chocolate salami in the powdered sugar then slice and serve 5 Enjoy
