ツルっとさっぱり♪2種の冷たいお蕎麦

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね すだち蕎麦2人分材料 そば 乾麺 200gだし汁 600mlしょうゆ 大さじ4みりん 大さじ4 すだち 薄切り 3個作り方1 沸騰した湯にそばを入れ 袋に表示された時間まで茹でて冷水で洗い 水気をきる 2 つゆを作る 小鍋にだし汁 しょうゆ みりんを入れ ひと煮立ちしたら火からおろして 冷やしておく 3 そばを器に盛り付け つゆを注ぎ すだちを並べたら 完成 くるみ蕎麦2人分材料 そば 200gだし汁 150mlくるみ 30gめんつゆ 2倍濃縮タイプ 大さじ3すりごま 大さじ2砂糖 小さじ1長ねぎ 小口切り 適量作り方1 沸騰した湯にそばを入れ 袋に表示された時間まで茹でて冷水で洗い 水気をきる 2 つゆを作る すり鉢にくるみを入れ 少し粒が残るくらいまですり潰したら すりごま 砂糖 めんつゆ だし汁を入れて混ぜ合わせ よく冷やす 3 そばをざるに盛り付け つゆを器に注ぎ 長ねぎを散らしたら 完成
