【きゅうりめし】キャラでこ白玉ゼリーの作り方【ぷるぷる】【スイーツレシピ】

 

今日はきゅうりめし 今日はひんやりスイーツを作ってみたよ うまくできたかな 材料ローズマリー 1本 白玉 白玉粉 150g絹豆腐 80g水 100mlほど食用色素 適量 ホワイトゼリー カルピス 180mlゼラチン 4g ブルーゼリー ジュース ブルー 150mlゼラチン 3g クリアゼリー ジュース クリア 250mlゼラチン 5g 手順1 ホワイトゼリー を作る 温めたカルピスにゼラチンを加えて混ぜる 2 器に注ぎ入れ 冷蔵庫で冷やし固め フォークでクラッシュする 3 白玉 を作る ボウルに材料を加えて混ぜてひとかたまりにする 4 適当な大きさにわけ 食用色素を加えてこねる 5 お好みの形を作る 6 沸騰したお湯に入れて茹でる 引き上げたら冷水にさらす 7 クリアゼリー を作る 温めたジュース クリア にゼラチンを加えて混ぜる 8 2 の器に注ぎ入れる 9 ローズマリー 6 の白玉を入れて冷蔵庫で冷やし固める 10 ブルーゼリー を作る 温めたジュース ブルー にゼラチンを加えて混ぜる 11 8 の器に注ぐ 12 トッピングに白玉を乗せる 便利なスマホアプリが誕生 ダウンロードして気になるレシピを保存してね テイストメイドは食や旅をテーマにしたグローバルなビデオネットワークです Facebook Instagram Twitterも公開中
