拉著茶賣家，或“柴wallah”言哉。這裡的馬薩拉釵是如何在著名的克利須那茶水攤做。配料包括紅茶，鮮全脂牛奶，水，黑胡椒，糖，姜，桂皮，丁香，荳蔻。不像許多乳白色的茶，這是釀造水牛奶後來添加的，傳統的馬薩拉釵往往直接在牛奶釀製而成。
